This kit includes six class 10.9 zinc plated steel sprocket bolts with factory style class 10.9 Fuji metal-locking nuts and washers. Each sprocket bolt has medium strength threadlock patches pre-applied, which liquifies and anaerobically seals when the bolt is tightened for a double-lock. This kit also includes an 8mm socket tool insert for socket wrenches

Important installation information
Hub-Savers are the strongest, most complete sprocket fasteners available and have been developed and tested at the professional level in both motocross and off-road applications. Sprocket bolts are a critical fastener and must be installed properly to ensure your safety and to avoid damaging your machine. To insure long and reliable use of these quality fasteners:

  • First clean and inspect your hub. If the hub is damaged or if the mounting holes are oval, the hub must be replaced
  • Use the included Allen insert in an 8mm socket wrench to install the sprocket bolts.
  • Refer to your owner’s manual for the proper torque (typically 25 ft lbs), take the torque reading on the nut side. Never over-tighten sprocket bolts!
  • If your sprocket bolts become loose, they must be replaced! Sprocket bolts become loose only under extreme stress, an indication that either they were installed improperly or there is a problem with the drive line. Check the drive line for bent chain guides, bad wheel alignment, damaged mounting holes on the hub, etc. Properly tightened sprocket bolts on properly functioning drive lines will remain tight indefinitely.

Items that cannot be shipped: There are some items that exceed the size restrictions of Australia Post and/or are considered dangerous items and are subsequently unable to be shipped by our current logistics partners. These items are  Collection only.

Shipping will take between 3-8 days.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product/s within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or alternatively, exchange for another product. Please note that return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

All returned item/s must be in original unused condition, with all tags attached and product packaging intact.

Refund or Store Credit – If your order qualified for the “Free freight over $100” promotion, a freight restocking fee equivalent to the original postage cost incurred by us will apply. If you have multiple items on the order and the order is still over $100 after removing the returned items, a freight restocking fee will NOT apply.

Exchange – If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size, color, or satisfaction reasons, we will happily accommodate this. A flat rate $9 return freight charge applies to all exchanges. If we are unable to fulfill your desired exchange, email us for alternative options.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on the below items, please ensure you conduct all due diligence to ensure the item you are purchasing is 100% correct:
